THE FIRST O1
THE FIRST O1
ONLYONCE began before there was a garment.
ONLYONCE began before there
was a garment.
Before the front pockets. Before Self-Ignition. Before the Transformation Mansion.
Before the front pockets. Before
Self-Ignition. Before the
Transformation Mansion.
Before the front pockets. Before Self-Ignition. Before the Transformation
Mansion.
It began with me.
It began with me.
It began with me.
I spent the first half of my life choosing the wrong direction and participating in my own demise.
I Disguised the pain of my failures and masqueraded as a version of myself that no longer existed. I kept
moving without ever really confronting the person doing the moving. I named this chapter The Anomaly.
Inevitably I had to call my life to account and I was disgusted with my results. I had nothing of note to show
for my years on Earth and knew something had to change.
This ignited the Forge in me and it was uncomfortable. I had to accept that I was driving what happened.
I decided right there that what happened before would not happens next.
I repurposed everything. My pain became fuel, my failure became instruction, and accountability became my
armor.
Transformation is not becoming someone else.
Transformation is becoming a greater version of yourself.
I didn't have a clothing company or a product to sell when I learned that. I was simply trying to reassemble
the dislocated pieces of my life.
While doing my internal work, I uncovered something that ignited everything. I created Self-Ignition to
capture that moment.
I wanted every interaction the wearer experienced with the garment to symbolize my journey. So, I moved the
pockets from where convention said they belonged and placed them at the front of the body as a symbol of
agency that only you can activate.
Put your hands inside and something subtle happens. Your arms move forward. Your relationship with the
garment changes. You stand differently. That small piece of architecture transforms you.
The pockets are the entrance.
You are the ignition.
Clothing is more than something you put on your body. It is the outward expression of who you are
and who you are becoming. Not perfection. Not pretending the past didn't happen. Not becoming somebody
else.
It means recognizing that while we cannot choose every circumstance that reaches us, we still initiate
what happens next. I know because ONLYONCE didn't begin with a customer. It began with me.
I was the first O¹.
I built this for the next one.
ONLYONCE
Is the final moment to
Change the way you stand in the world.
